Please be advised that the Aberdeen Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on April 18, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 60 North Parke Street, to review the following case:
- CASE #563 Harford Habitat for Humanity, Inc., 205 Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, owner of 418 Washington Street, Aberdeen, Maryland, has applied for a variance to the front yard setback requirements and an amended variance to the lot area requirements in an R-3 zoning district in order to construct a new single-family dwelling.
- CASE #564 Harford Habitat for Humanity, Inc., 205 Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, owner of 442 Washington Street, Aberdeen, Maryland, has applied for a variance to the front yard setback requirements and an amended variance to the lot area requirements in an R-3 zoning district in order to construct a new single-family dwelling.
- CASE #565 Harford Habitat for Humanity, Inc., 205 Hays Street, Bel Air, Maryland, owner of 454 Washington Street, Aberdeen, Maryland, has applied for a variance to the front yard setback requirements and an amended variance to the lot area requirements in an R-3 zoning district in order to construct a new single-family dwelling.
- CASE #566 Nicole K. & Glen B. Adams, 216 Hopewell Road, Churchville, Maryland, owners of a lot on Wye Drive, Aberdeen, Maryland, have applied for a variance to the lot width requirements in an R-1 zoning district.
- CASE #567 Harford County Public Schools, 102 South Hickory Avenue, Bel Air, Maryland, owner of 251 Paradise Road, Aberdeen, Maryland, has applied for a variance from the parking requirements in order to construct an addition to Aberdeen High School.
