Opiribo Jack, Director of Finance
Mr. Jack is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from Shaw University in North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and Morgan State University in Maryland with a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Mr. Jack has been employed with the City of Aberdeen since June 2006. He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Government Finance Officers Association.
